Join the Cade Museum on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 11am-12pm for a FREE special lecture by Dr. Nina Kraus, Professor of Neurobiology at Northwestern University, about The Effects of Rhythm & Music on the Brain.
Dr. Nina Kraus is a scientist, inventor, and amateur musician who studies the biology of auditory learning. Through her research, Dr. Kraus demonstrates the far-reaching impact of sound and shows how hearing engages how we think, feel, move, and combine our senses. She has also been a guest on the Cade Museum’s Inventivity™ Pod to speak about her abundant research and scientific background.
After the lecture, continue the learning at the Cade Museum with our Music & The Mind: A Medley of Innovation exhibit (admission required).
This event will take place in the Cade Garage located across the street from the Cade Museum.
