The Museum is a perfect venue for a wide variety of special events, including, but not limited to: dinners, receptions, meetings and corporate retreats, lectures, galas, award ceremonies, and fundraisers.

• Events may utilize the whole museum in the evening, beginning no earlier than 6 p.m.
• Daytime meetings may only be held on Monday or Tuesday in the museum and must fall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We’re happy to share our pricing, but we need to know a little bit about your event before we can get you the correct information. Please complete the Facility Rental Request Form and we will respond with a facility rental guide that includes pricing and rental information.

Once you have filled out a request form and visited us to look at the space, we will provide you with a specially tailored proposal that includes all estimated fees. Discounts for 501 (c)(3) organizations are available.

All events are required to purchase Event Insurance and provide us with a copy 30 days prior to their event date.

Whole museum rentals include access to the Rotunda and the Petty Family Gallery. Each space can also be rented separately.

The Sweat Solution, Creativity Lab, and Patio may be added to facility rentals for an additional fee.

You will have access to:
AV Equipment- large presentation screen, cordless microphone, podium, surround-sound speakers.
Tables and Chairs- (200) garden chairs, (20) 6ft rectangle tables, (10) pub/high top tables, (15) 60 inch round tables

A limited supply of spandex linen (black) is available for pub/high top tables and 6ft rectangle tables at an additional fee per linen.

You are welcome to bring in your own licensed and insured vendors as long as (a) each vendor understands and follows all guidelines for facility rental and (b) you give us a list of all vendors, including contact information, 30 days in advance of your event.

Event guests and vendors are welcome to park in the parking lot adjacent to the museum. Additional parking is available at our Annex facility across the street, located at 904 South Main Street. There are also back-in, diagonal street parking spots available for use.

We are also happy to accommodate valet services. Valet service must be arranged independently with an outside vendor.

Yes, bartenders must be licensed and insured to serve alcohol at your event. You must also be sure that your Event Insurance policy covers the service of alcohol.

All food/event trash must be removed from the building at the end of each event. There is a dumpster onsite available for use. Most often, the catering team takes on this responsibility, but please check with your vendor prior to the event.

Rented equipment must be picked up at the conclusion of the event and cannot be left overnight.

All other cleaning is included in the required cleaning fee.

During your event, the Facility Rentals Manager and events team will serve as your primary point of contact for the venue. They will ensure all Cade-owned furniture is arranged according to the client-approved layout, receive vendors upon arrival, assist with AV setup, and oversee the venue shutdown at the conclusion of the event.

We recommend hiring an additional event coordinator to manage other event logistics, such as décor, vendor communication, timeline management, and day-of coordination.
