



Gainesville, FL. (November 4, 2022) — The Cade Museum in Gainesville, Florida is partnering with two community organizations in Alachua County to offer visitors free admission this holiday season.
“We’re excited to see friends and families gathering in person again after the difficult events of the last two years”, explained Stephanie Bailes, President and CEO of the Cade Museum. “We’re entering the 2022 holiday season inspired by the generosity of our community partners and sponsors who make these wonderful events possible.”
Members of the public have three opportunities to visit the Cade Museum for free in the month of November.
On Thursday, Nov. 10 and Sunday, Nov.13, visitors can enjoy free admission to the Cade compliments of VyStar Credit Union. VyStar is partnering with the Cade and several other arts and cultural organizations in North and Central Florida as part of their “Good is everywhere” celebration. On Saturday, Nov.19, the Alachua County Farm Bureau will once again partner with the Cade Museum for the annual Food and Agricultural Festival. Admission to the Cade Museum is free during the event and attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the importance of farmers and agriculture in our community.
Additional events scheduled at the Cade Museum for the 2022 Holiday Season include:
- Dec 16 – Cade After Dark Wine and Jazz Night: Enjoy a relaxing evening of wine, live jazz music from Gosia and Ali, snacks, and a cash bar to add to the fun.
- Dec 31 – Spark Wonder! Launch into the New Year with a bird’s eye view of the Depot Park fireworks during this family-friendly celebration including fun activities, food, drinks, fireworks, and glow-in-the-dark dancing for revelers of all ages.
